Broadway on the Mall wanted to redevelop their website and digital communication strategy in 2010 to engage with fashion savvy consumers and educate them on the what Broadway retailers had to offer. map creative recommended creating a website that reflected more an online fashion magazine than a shopping centre directory. The website is updated every day with new content that covers designer, womens and mens fashion, lifestyle, special occasion, accessories, and beauty trends and products sourced from Broadway. To ensure Broadway on the Mall keeps abreast of consumer fashion trends also, Street Scout was introduced where people on the streets of the city are photographed and their fashion style overviewed.
Updates on the site are sent to Broadway’s database weekly via the Weekly Fix that also includes competitions and offers.
