Nosh – a local’s food guide to South Bank, was just one of the communication strategies map creative developed for South Bank Corporation under the new dining brand eatSouthBank.

 

Every quarter, this printed A5 guide wrapped up, in 36 pages of visual goodness, a treasure-trove of dining stories and insights from the South Bank precinct. A collection of food and event guides, interviews with chefs, baristas, sommeliers, owners and producers, along with recipes and edible tales from industry insiders, Nosh has readers salivating for a sample of the cuisine on offer.
