The new eatSouthBank brand, launched in 2015, was underpinned by a comprehensive digital-first communication strategy, leading to the creation of Accompanied by regular enews and social media updates, provides an interactive platform to showcase the abundant food offerings within the south bank precinct and celebrate its people and spaces. Not only does the site include a comprehensive dining guide and event guide, it’s home to regular culinary stories and insightful behind-the-scenes glimpses into the restaurants, cafes and bars that cater to thousands of customers every week. A simple reservation service is also integrated into the site, enabling customers to ensure they can secure a table at their favourite restaurant any time of day.
